Celebrate The Small Things - 27 March #CTST

It's Friday and time to Celebrate The Small Things (or big things) that happened this week.

Spring is coming, I think. We drove through some flurries last night coming home from the book store, but nothing stuck.

A friend introduced me to OverDrive a couple weeks ago. OverDrive is an app available for various devices that manages checking out ebooks and audiobooks from your library. I finally have a use for my smart phone, a reason to keep it charged.

Keep writing and keep hoping. What are you celebrating this week?

Want to join in the fun that is Celebrate The Small Things, sign up here. Thanks to the very talented Lexa Cain for hosting this hop.

  1. I'm amazed people are still seeing snow. It's almost April!

  2. I'm thinking overdrive in a vehicle, hmm...
No flurries, but having hope is good!!!

  3. You can check out ebooks and audio books from your library? Via your phone? Wow - very 21st century! Have a great weekend! :)

  4. Glad you discovered OverDrive. Libraries have put enormous amounts of money into this subscription service. It was only a couple years' old when I retired a few years ago from my job as a librarian. I can hardly imagine what OverDrive must be like now. Have a great weekend. We're finally getting some spring weather here. My website is I'm celebrating something this week too.

  5. I've always been a big fan of my local library, but I've been borrowing more Kindle titles lately.

  6. Cool; always nice to find a use for a smart phone besides downloading games, lol.

  7. I use Overdrive - I love reading on my phone so much I gave away my Kindle and rarely touch a paperbook. Otherwise I just don't have time to read. Enjoy!
